Shipping
Quick. We will make every attempt to ship your order within 10 business days of the date of your order. If you request a custom-sized bag or custom-sized pockets, please allow 2 weeks.
Reliable. Delivery will be by UPS and will normally arrive within 3-7 days of the date of shipping to most areas in the Continental United States.
Convenient. You and Scott Leather can track your order online all the way from our door to yours. You will be notified by email of your order confirmation. You will also be notified by email when your order ships, providing you with the tracking number for convenient online tracking of your shipment.
Our shipping charges for shipments in the U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping charges, Alaska & Hawaii will be higher.
Multiple Addresses
Each order will be shipped to a single address. Should you want orders shipped to multiple addresses, you must place each order separately. After each order you will have an empty shopping basket. Simply do more shopping, then go to check out. Your account information will still be available as you check out each subsequent order. Simply fill in the address information at the last step.
Payment Processing
Your credit card is not charged until the order is actually shipped. In this way, we ensure that if your order is cancelled for any reason before shipping, there will be no unjustified charges to your credit card.
Custom Orders
Please understand that orders for a custom-sized bag or a bag with custom-sized pockets will not be "in stock", please allow 2 weeks.
Repairs
Scott Leather provides warranty repairs for all of our products. Our workmanship is guaranteed for as long as your own your case. For any reason other than wear or abuse, all repairs will be made free of charge. For all normal wear repairs, contact Scott Leather for our very reasonable repair rates.
When you ship a bag to us for repair, please enclose a note stating what is wrong with the bag, a "ship to" address and a copy of the original invoice.
Returns
All Scott Leather products are backed by our 30 Day Guarantee of 100% Satisfaction. Return any unused bag purchased from us within 30 days after receipt, except custom-sized bags built to your specifications, and we will replace it or credit your account. If you need to return or exchange an item, please enclose a copy of our invoice with your bag.
