Our warranty is not complicated. Our workmanship is guaranteed for as long as your own your case. For any reason other than wear or abuse, all repairs will be made free of charge. Confidence in our design and products allow us to offer this guarantee. Our goal is to make your traveling easier.
For all normal wear repairs, contact Scott Leather for our very reasonable repair rates. You will be responsible for sending your bag in for repair.

Scott Leather provides warranty repairs for all of our products. Our workmanship is guaranteed for as long as your own your case. Wear Leathers - $100
We tear the bag apart, lay it flat and stitch all new leather on top of the old leather on the bottom and four corners. Also includes New Brass Feet, New Rivets, New Bottom and Panel Pockets on the inside of the bag and ReDye.
Body Straps - $35

When you ship your bag in for repair, just include a note with your contact information and the repairs needed. Once we get the bag, we will look it over and call you with an estimate and get a Credit Card Number from you at that time! The turnaround time is about 2 weeks. If you need it faster please include on your note and we will do our best! The fastest and cheapest way to get the bag to us for repair is FedEx using your Airline Discount, if available.
Returns
All Scott Leather products are backed by our 30 Day Guarantee of 100% Satisfaction. Return any unused bag purchased from us within 30 days after receipt, except custom-sized bags built to your specifications, and we will replace it or credit your account. If you need to return or exchange an item, please enclose a copy of our invoice with your bag.
